Int 1118-2023
Anti-racism and anti-racial discrimination trainings for employees, interns, independent contractors, and volunteers of city agencies.
This bill would require the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, in consultation with the Office of Racial Equity and the Commission on Human Rights, to create an anti-racism and anti-racial discrimination training for agency employees, including agency interns, independent contractors, and volunteers. Each employee of the City would be required to complete such training at least once per year.
