Int 0830-2015
Adult protective services training for certain employees of the city of New York.
This bill would require the Human Resources Administration to conduct biannual trainings on best practices in identifying persons who may be eligible for adult protective services (APS) and on how to refer individuals to APS. This training will be made available to appropriate employees of several agencies, and will also be made available to employees of New York City’s civil and criminal courts and the New York City Housing Authority.
