"AN ACT in relation to authorizing the city of New York to discontinue the use as park land a portion of Wolfe's Pond Park in the borough of Staten Island, and to transfer a portion of such discontinued park land, consisting of the bed of a formerly mapped street, to the department of transportation of such city for street use and a portion, consisting of occupied housing, to the department of housing preservation and development of such city for disposition in exchange for the acquisition by such city and dedication as park land of land of an equal or greater fair market value or improvements to existing park land."
